Application scope:
YT*8 has a wide range of application. It is suitable for drilling horizontal and slant blast holes on the medium-hard and hard (f=8~*8) rock. As well as that, it is also used to drill the hole of rock bolt on the roof. Blast hole diameter is usually φ*4ï½ž*5, and the effective depth can reach 5m.

Operation and Maintenance

1. Before connecting the air pipe and water pipe with rock drill, please clean the foul and dirt in pipes to prevent dirt from getting into the machine, which may lead to mechanical abrasion.
2. Before starting the machine, please check reliability and flexibility of each part of machine carefully including motivator and working joint. The oiler should be filled with lubricating oil. Meanwhile, oilers should be adjusted to the appropriate oil pump capacity for guaranteeing the machine to work normally.
3. After finishing the assignment, please turn off the water pipe. In addition, the machine is better to work a little time in order to flush the rest of water and prevent rusting.
4. If the machine is always used, please pay more attention to maintaining and repairing, which should be inspected once per week at least. Please clean the dirt, change the damage parts in time to avoid mechanical fault.
5. If the machine needs to be stored for a long time after use, please disassemble, clean and unoil the machine, and store it in a cool dry place.
6. When the rock drill is used in coal mines, it is strictly prohibited to maintain and repair the whole or some parts of machine and accessories near job site or gas containing site.
